As per provision of the notification, Chhattisgarh Environmental Conservation Board is placing the Summary Environment Impact Assessment reports in English and Hindi language of the following projects/ activities proposed by M/s. BAIDYANATH STEEL & POWER PRIVATE LIMITED Village-Chhapora, Tehsil-Tilda, District-Raipur, Chhattisgarh To refer the Summary Environment Impact Assessmentreports please click the respective project/activity shown below :- 

Proposed Project- Establishment of DRI Kilns (Sponge Iron 1,32,000 TPA), Induction Furnace with LRF & CCM (MS Billets / Ingots) (1,18,800 TPA), Submerged Electric Arc Furnace (Si-Mn) – 15840 TPA or (Fe-Mn) – 20130 TPA, WHRB based Power Plant – 2 x 5 MW, AFBC based Power Plant – 1 x 5 MW, Brick Manufacturing unit (8,000 Bricks/day)

The copies of Summary EIA Report (English & Hindi) and Draft EIA Report are available for inspection at the offices of following authorities on a written request from the concerned person during normal office hours till the date of public hearing

The written responses from other concerned persons having a plausible stake in the environmental aspects of the above mentioned projects/activities are invited by Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board at the Regional Office, Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board at the Regional Office, Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, .
