Application Procedure:-
Every person who is engaged in generation, processing, treatment, package,
storage, transportation, use, collection, destruction, conversion, offering for sale,
transfer or the like of the hazardous waste shall require to obtain an authorization
from the State Pollution Control Board (Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board).
To Apply for Authorization of HWM following Procedure will be followed:-

If you have ID for Online Consent Management then you can apply for HWM using same ID. |

If you have not then create ID by click on "New Industry Registration" link. |

After Login there is "Waste Management" menu. Click on it |

Then move mouse pointer on "Apply Authorization" and click on "Hazardous Waste". |
1) Documents to be submitted for obtaining Authorization:-
- flow diagram of manufacturing process showing input and output in terms of products ans waste generated including for captive power generation and demineralised water.
- Location of Site(Provide Map).
- Details of Processing Technology.
- Site clearance (from local authority).
- If Hazardous waste is used as raw material in the production process, details thereof. ie. Name of Hazardeous waste,category of hazardeous waste as per schedule-I/II/III,source of hazardeous waste,quantity/day of hazardeous waste to be processed.
- Permission obtained under rule 11 of hazardeous waste (Management,Handling and Transboundary) movement rule 2008 from central pollution control board delhi for rerefining/recycling /reprocsesing.
- Valid Air or water consent or renwal issued by CECB.
- Valid Public Liablity isurance under the Public Liability Insurance Act(If Applicable).
- Onsite Emergency Plan approved by Govt of CG Industrial Health and Safety Department.
2) Documents to be submitted for Renewal of Authorization:-
- Valid Air or water consent or renwal issued by CECB.
- Point wise compliance report of the previous authorisation or renwal issued by CECB.
- Annual Report in Form IV
- Year wise of manifest of last five years in form 13.
- Year wise format of maintaing records of hazardeous waste of last five years in form 3.
3) Time Limit for Disposal of Cases :-
- The Completed application will be disposed off within 120 days from date of completion.
